The entire dealership went out of there way and waited for us to arrive after closing time on a Friday night to pick up our car. A total pleasure to deal with. Snobby, rude and arrogant dealership I visited Audi of Freehold knowing it was a Ray Catena dealership and expecting a great experience, my visit was everything but a great experience. I I visited Audi of Freehold knowing it was a Ray Catena dealership and expecting a great experience, my visit was everything but a great experience. I owned mostly BMW's but Audi has been stepping up their game lately. I came in and delt with Florentino who I have to say was the only pleasant part of this experience. He was very polite and professional. We however could not come to making a deal, my first issue was the appraisal on my BMW which was $2,300- $3,000 less than another Audi dealer and a BMW dealer I went to that same week. They showed me no flexibility on my trade. Their lease deal was almost $100 more than another Audi dealer. When I asked Florentino if that was it he said let me get my manager. That was when my experience went very south. Steven Stoops not sure what manager he was but he said he was the "boss." He said as far as my trade goes he called wholesalers and they give them a number on my car... well you might want to get new wholesalers as other dealers are giving more money for trades. Steven didn't even sit down to talk with me, and as the new Audi I was trying to lease he came down $20 which was still almost $80 more than another Audi dealer. When I told him about the number I got from the other Audi store he said well why didn't you buy it? I said I'm still shopping, and then he went on about how big his dealer is and that it's not cheap to keep a building like that running. That's not my problem at all. Then he stated that I would get free shuttle and free car washes for life etc. Almost every dealer offers that today. My sister has a kia and they offer the same amenities. I ended up leasing my s5 from Princeton Audi, much better service, I visited them first, and received aggressive numbers right from the start. More
