Above and beyond Kevin really went out of his way to ensure he took care of me during this process. Looked at a few different trucks but couldn’t find the right one fo Kevin really went out of his way to ensure he took care of me during this process. Looked at a few different trucks but couldn’t find the right one for the right price point. One week after the initial visit I received a call regarding a ram that fit all my criteria’s. I was able to test drive it immediately and got the info I needed. Everyone was so friendly and did what they had to to help. Trace went out of his way to use every available resource to make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. They all stayed long after closing time and never acted impatient, never applied any pressure at all and never made us feel like we had overstayed their patience ( which trust me if anyone could it would be me).
