Purchasing my new 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander LE at Rath Auto in Springdale, AR was the easiest & most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Prior to stopping at Rath, I had been shopping & test Auto in Springdale, AR was the easiest & most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Prior to stopping at Rath, I had been shopping & test driving a variety of SUV's from the large dealerships in NWA. I liked a few other SUV's but I didn't like the rest of the experience with those dealerships. Rath Auto was a delight from the moment that I was greeted on the lot. Jamie & Larry both listened to what my needs & wants were, what my budget was, & what I wanted for my trade-in. Allyson was quick, efficient, & thorough with the paperwork & explanations. She found a great interest rate for me with TTFU. Since I work until 5:30, they all stayed late to make sure everything was completed smoothly. Jamie followed up with me the next day to go through the features & functions of my Outlander, answered any remaining questions I had, & scheduled my 1st oil change for Sept. I love my Outlander!
