Completely Satisfied When I first called Rath, I was afraid that there was nothing they could do for me. I spoke to a gentleman named Jerry and from the very beginning he When I first called Rath, I was afraid that there was nothing they could do for me. I spoke to a gentleman named Jerry and from the very beginning he assured me that they were going to do everything they could to help me. To my surprise, the individuals at Rath were not only helpful, they were extremely understanding to our situation. Jerry assisted us in finding the car that fit our budget and needs. I cannot begin to describe the ease and stress-free environment. I only wish that I had visited Rath sooner. Although we spent the majority of the time with Jerry, every other person, including the owner, was willing and excited to help us. I could go on forever!! For the People! All-Around service from salesman, receptionist, finance manager, maintenance crew to the owner. Every single person in that building welcomed us with All-Around service from salesman, receptionist, finance manager, maintenance crew to the owner. Every single person in that building welcomed us with open arms. Very relaxed atmosphere and family oriented. No hard pressed for sales from salesman with hassle free negotiations. I have been to several over the top luxury dealerships and have never been treated this way like we were at Rath auto resources. I will recommend each and everybody that is looking for a vehicle to make their way to Rath to give them a chance to earn your hard earned money. Plenty of selections to choose from and if its not what your looking for they will search high and low for a vehicle that you are leaning towards. I thought that I was going to be stuck getting a vehicle at a buy here, pay here place again, BUT they completely "Amazed" me. I was able to qualify for exactly the vehicle I had been wanting with a payment that I can afford. My salesman, Billy Adkins, is wonderful. He was so easy to work with. almost 60 years young and my first car after working 8yrs to get out of debt ,since the death of my husband,and having no car ,Rath Auto was amazing .I've been looking for about a year at d after working 8yrs to get out of debt ,since the death of my husband,and having no car ,Rath Auto was amazing .I've been looking for about a year at different dealerships ,I was so nervous about buying a car ,this is something that my husband always took care of ,and I was a bit skeptical that I may be taken advantage of, with little to no knowledge as to what the full process of buying a car entailed.,the gentleman that helped me,Billy Adkins ,was so helpful and understanding .He answered all my questions and made sure I was completely happy with the options and choices that were available for me.Everyone that helped me went ,as I felt ,above and beyond to take of my needs in get me into my very first car!!!!
