We were told our vehicle would only take 2 hours to detail but then was told it would take 5. After the 5 hours there was a pumpkin seed on the floor, dirt on the back of the seat, all the door jams w detail but then was told it would take 5. After the 5 hours there was a pumpkin seed on the floor, dirt on the back of the seat, all the door jams were dirty, the visors were not even touched (flowers attached to the visor when put down) and the outside wasn't washed. Jonathan was wonderful and knowledgeable about the Honda Accord I was interested in. I do wish I got more for my trade in but overall I am quite pleased. This was not a good experience. I felt like I was not listened to and too much pressure from the salesman and I felt things were not explained as to the extra costs and feel I was l I felt like I was not listened to and too much pressure from the salesman and I felt things were not explained as to the extra costs and feel I was lied to. Because of this experience, I’d like to talk to someone for explanations when I pick up my license. Is that possible? The salesman said they would put them on for me, Today, when someone called to tell me to pick them up at the windows, I asked if they would put them on, she said they would charge to put them on and for the holder. Do they charge for washes too? I was told they’re free. More
