Average Experience I was impressed with the price on the car, but the sticker price is not the actual price for any car sold at the dealership due to automatic treatment I was impressed with the price on the car, but the sticker price is not the actual price for any car sold at the dealership due to automatic treatments, which was not disclosed until negotiation that those were automatically part of the cost. I found that misleading. I felt pressured to sign the first financing offer they came back with and wanted me to sign without seeing a detailed report. also misleading. However, we were able to compromise and found a plan/price that worked for me and my budget. The car is great, but I wish Jacob would’ve showed me how to use the remote start and how to use a few more functions in the car. I also drove away without the antenna for my car. It was left off after detailing. When I came back in the service department was extremely helpful and found/installed the antenna. It’s been two weeks and there has been no personal follow up from my salesperson. There has also been no communication about a part that was ordered and its delivery status. Suggestions for improvement - Personal follow up with guests after purchase - True pricing on cars, the current listed prices are misleading - Send cars off with a full tank of gas, not 5 gallons More

Too soon to judge We had our HRV in for window tinting. It was to be completed the same day, it was not. The delay made it necessary to make time the next day to pick up the vehicle. The passenger window has bubbles which we are told to disappear as it cures. Time will tell if this is the case. Tinting is lighter than we expected, it wasn’t really explained how light or dark it would be at the time of purchase. More
