Service and Follow up Still Incomplete I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and to get my spare key looked at. I'd never taken the key out the packet since leasing the car, so odd it I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and to get my spare key looked at. I'd never taken the key out the packet since leasing the car, so odd it wasn't working. Steven Mackey was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I explained how my spare key never worked so wanted that checked out specifically. He stated he would see if it was on warranty, or just needed a battery or whatever. Once the car was complete I reviewed the bill and was charged for a key battery because he stated that's all it needed. Great right?! On my way home I had to stop at the store, so decided to test the key. And no, it didn't work.... I called the shop immediately and asked to speak to Mr Mackey, but was told he was with another customer. I left a message and asked him to please call me back. Never called back.... So I decided to call him the next day. I chatted with him for a couple minutes and he assured me th key was tested. I told him in no way was it working. He didn't offer any solution or follow up check, or anything. I suggested at the very least you refund my cost of the battery and double check with the guy who "tested it". He said he would do so, and check with his manager about getting me a refund for my battery. A week later I still haven't heard back.... Great follow-up Steve great follow-up. I lease my cars through Richfield Bloomington Honda and always get my service there -except twice. And both times I've regret it. They have flagship service, stand by their word, and have an exponetially better equipped and relaxing waiting area. Lesson learned - take the 30 minute drive to RB Honda for all my needs.. More

We shopped around and Rapids met the best offer and beat it with their "Unlimited Powertrain Warranty". We agreed on a price before going and everything turned out exactly as expected. Wade, our salesperson, did a great answering all my questions regarding any dealer fees or options. Wade had everything ready and made our vehicle pick up about as fast as possible. There were no surprises I wasn't aware of. I recommend everyone familiarize yourself with pricing and options, so you know what you want, then give Rapids a call and give them a chance to make an offer.
