Price negotiation process I purchased Honda CR and I love it. I got the price I wanted on it eventually, but it was bit of frustrating process. I brought my car in to see what the trade-in value would be vs trying to sell it on my own. Also, I was looking at a discount that the deanship was willing to offer. I found it strange the sales manager Shane wanted to negotiate on the basis of a monthly car payment without showing the breakdown of the discount and the trade-in. Luckily, my salesperson Wade was very patient and presented the breakdown of price in a way that makes sense to me and helped me realize that the trade-in was not worth it at all. More

Convenient, and quick, but what did they miss? I brought my Honda in for an oil change and to ask about my breaks/Check engine light. They changed my oil, (But didn't tell me that they raised the I brought my Honda in for an oil change and to ask about my breaks/Check engine light. They changed my oil, (But didn't tell me that they raised the price... Sticker Shock!!!). They turned off the check engine light, but there was nothing on the paperwork about what it was... They didn't check the breaks, which on the paperwork they said they didn't do. If a customer come in with a concern about their breaks, shouldn't that be checked? A few weeks later my breaks started making a grinding sound, and I had it into another repair shop that figured out the issue and repaired it all. So, in summery, check for coupons as they will honor them if you tell them you have it. They just won't tell they have them. And Ask a lot of questions and expect actual answers because they will not look out for your interest at all. More
