My initial contact was with Sheila Pierson, who apparently is their USAA online salesperson. She emailed me as a result of my inquiry through USAA, of which I am a member. She was patient, informative, and accommodating. But she handed me off to Aaron when I got to the dealership. I was surprised at that, but not disappointed with Aaron's service. More
