My initial contact was with Sheila Pierson, who apparently is their USAA online salesperson. She emailed me as a result of my inquiry through USAA, of which I am a member. She was patient, informative, and accommodating. But she handed me off to Aaron when I got to the dealership. I was surprised at that, but not disappointed with Aaron's service. More

Purchased 2019 Honda HR-V I went in to test drive Honda HR-V an hour and half before close, and it was no problem to them. Next morning, Salesman picked me up at rental car drop off and brought me to dealership to finish up the purchase. Process was smooth, and all people I dealt with were friendly.
