I bought Pilot here. The tech didn't put my oil cap back on and I found it after 3 weeks. Pay extra attention when you do service here. Extremely disappointed. --Edit: My service advisor Marlin Haney reached out to me and offered reimbursement if there is any for me to go to local dealer while there was actually no charge. He also offered me next free oil change and cleaning/rental. More

This dealer had too many up sales that sai they we require. After many arguments we removed the unnecessary options. We were not treated with respect. Also we caught $1000.00 that was on the cost for no reason, they said it was a mistake. Really? We would never get another car from that dealership. Found some of the extra things my car has after getting home with it. The salesperson didn't inform me of these things. It seems like he should be more familiar with the products.
