Great place - Very professional service team! I bought my Honda Accord at Bloomington Richfield in 2018. I live near Elk River MN so driving to that dealership to have any work completed would ha I bought my Honda Accord at Bloomington Richfield in 2018. I live near Elk River MN so driving to that dealership to have any work completed would have been an inconvenienced. Rapids Honda is much closer so that is why I chose to go there for an oil and tire rotation. Austin C. was the person that greeted me with a smile. He was very courteous, professional as well as very personable. He gave me a detailed breakdown of the work to be completed as well as a complete thorough explanation of some watch outs such as tire tread percentage and when to change the cabin/air filters. Extremely impressed and will definitely return because of my interaction with Austin.. More

Disappointed in Waning Service I purchased a vehicle online, from another state, and believe I got an okay deal (though I wasn't crazy about the other "add ons" that were disclosed I purchased a vehicle online, from another state, and believe I got an okay deal (though I wasn't crazy about the other "add ons" that were disclosed only as we were closing the deal). Initially, response was good. In fact, Maddie was great! First contact with Jihan was also good, and she was somewhat helpful in getting additional (though not all) pictures we requested. (For example, we asked for pictures of all four wheels, we got only 1. We also asked for a picture of the trunk and specifically if it had a cargo net. She said she thought it did, but no picture was taken, and no cargo net came in the vehicle.) Once it came time to close the deal, we did not get a callback at the promised time. Rather, it was several HOURS later (after repeated calls to the dealership), causing us to have to cancel other obligations, re-adjust schedules several times and waste valuable time sitting around waiting on a busy weekend. When it came time to ship my vehicle, I asked for confirmation once the transport picked it up from the lot. I got no response, despite at least 2 follow up attempts (phone, email). When my vehicle arrived, the title was not included, so I could not register it. When I called to inquire, I was told the title would be overnighted that day, to arrive the next day (Friday, 3/6/20). When I asked why it had not already been sent, the response was they had to wait for the check to clear. The check was a cashier's check (certified funds), and I was told it cleared PRIOR to releasing the vehicle for transport. So, here I sit, 2 weeks later, without a title and without a tracking number. I have had to re-schedule licensing appointments twice already, and will have to re-schedule a third time if the title doesn't arrive tomorrow morning in time for me to make my next scheduled appointment. Meanwhile, I'm wasting valuable hours once again. Apparently, wasted hours are of no concern. While I don't believe it to be the case, if this is how all customers are treated, I would definitely not recommend Rapids Honda. Instead, I believe a lesser degree of care/concern is given to internet customers. (Staff seemed friendly enough...just not committed to providing quality service on an internet deal.) Thus, my recommendation: if you are going to do internet business, treat your internet customers with the same degree of care you treat your on site customers. More
