Ryan, our sales rep was very polite and helpful. He made sure we understood all the features the our new CR-V had and helped us in the financing. We had brought in a 2017 CR-V for service and Shawn was outstanding in giving us quick service and keeping us informed as to the status of the work being done. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I am having some rather big issues in my eyes, with our new vehicle and we will see how Rapids Honda fixes the issue to make it right.
