service on crv I had my battery checked and the rep said it would cost me 40.00 they checked other things also. Had a coupon for a free battery check. When I went to pay I expected a 40.00 reduction on my bill but it was only 26.00. Kind of felt on one end or the other I was getting screwed. More

Very nice and pleasant. Came in for a scheduled oil change for my 14 Honda Accord EXL. Dropped it off and within an hour, they were done. Shawn gave me a text and a call to let me know that everything change for my 14 Honda Accord EXL. Dropped it off and within an hour, they were done. Oil Change and Tire Rotation I brought my 2016 Accord Sport in for an oil change and to swap out my winter tires. When I went to pick up my car, Austin handed me the summary of th I brought my 2016 Accord Sport in for an oil change and to swap out my winter tires. When I went to pick up my car, Austin handed me the summary of the service and it stated my cabin air filter and engine air filters were "yellow" or would need service soon. I had just had both of those filters changed at my previous oil change not more than 5,000 miles ago. I questioned him and he went and grab the filters and you could still see white on them so clearly not even close to needing to be changed. It surprises me that they don't look to see if that has even been done so they have that information when talking to the customer. I was extremely annoyed with this incident because had they looked up that it was just done, we could have avoided the extra nonsense. More
