Brought my Ridgeline for routine maintenance. Discovered stuck lug nut due to previous tire rotation at this dealership. Unable to complete tire rotation. After getting home check engine light came on. Call stuck lug nut due to previous tire rotation at this dealership. Unable to complete tire rotation. After getting home check engine light came on. Called and talked to Lance (MX Mgr) and he had me bring the truck back in and took care of all issues. In the end, a good outcome and I am grateful to Lance and Shawn for making the situation right.
