Good sales experience - service not so much Purchase of new CR-V went smoothly - able to find exactly what I wanted for a reasonable deal. The financing process with Nick was fast and painless. Purchase of new CR-V went smoothly - able to find exactly what I wanted for a reasonable deal. The financing process with Nick was fast and painless. Service is another story -- Per Luke, service for rust proofing was to be on 6/30 so I brought the car down the evening of 6/29 (I live 55 miles away) so it would be ready to go first thing. Told by Isaiah that my car was NOT on the schedule for the next day. They secured a spot on 7/2 and gave me a rental to drive home. The service was not done on 7/2 - luckily I called on my way down as no one bothered to call and let me know. It was promised to be done first thing on 7/3. Isaiah called 7/3 in mid-afternoon to say the car had not been picked up - now promising to be done on 7/6. Not holding my breath - and not impressed with service scheduling or completion. Looking for another dealer for future service needs. More
