Good Experience with Service Dept., but please wear masks! Lucas was very considerate and helpful, and he was wearing a mask. Great service at Rapids Honda! I pulled into the service garage and they checked me in less than 5 minutes. I don't exactly remember Travis, but I had no complaints about anyone. I really appreciated his manner and explanation when they were complete. I had the 45 minute oil change and he honored that and got me out within that time frame - that alone was amazing. The place was CLEAN too!! More
