Not impressed with my whole experience. Certain thing's should not be pushed on customers if they don't really need the options. I financed more than the vehicle is worth due to this. Had to drive back up there, an hour away, to sign paperwork that should have been done right the first time. Then, the temporary license in the window expired and she wanted me to drive back AGAIN to get a new one. Right now, if I had the option, I'd give the vehicle back and cancel the whole sale and go some place else. More

In essence, I thought that the young man with whom I dealt was probably the most efficient and personable service rep I have ever had dealings with in my 21 or so years of driving Honda cars. (Two other considerations: other reps were fine over the years but Isiah, I believe that was his name, was that much better and if coupons, price matching or lower prices and the like were available, I would service my car at Coon Rapids as regularly as possible) More

That's a great way to spread virus, and that made me very uncomfortable. ALL your customer-facing employees should be in masks! More

Great service at Rapids Honda! I pulled into the service garage and they checked me in less than 5 minutes. I don't exactly remember Travis, but I had no complaints about anyone. I pulled into the service garage and they checked me in less than 5 minutes. I don't exactly remember Travis, but I had no complaints about anyone. Lucas Smith was so courteous and personable. I really appreciated his manner and explanation when they were complete. I had the 45 minute oil change and he honored that and got me out within that time frame - that alone was amazing. The place was CLEAN too!! More
