I called to schedule an oil change for 11:15 and was told would take approx 1 hour to complete as I worked at 1pm. They have a nice viewing area of the work area to watch your car get worked on. My vehicle wasn't pulled around to get work done until almost 12. The gentleman that was working on it was definitely not in the mood to work as he was certainly taking his time. I didn't get out of there until 1pm and was late to work. Would rather have paid the same amount and got it changed at Valvoline and been done and out of there in 20 min. More

Chad made sure we were taken care of and communicated well during the process. We would recommend this dealer and the service team! More
Friendly and easy buying experience Great team of people to work with. My wife and I enjoyed the low pressure style of presenting the 2020 CRV to us. Mixed Experience I'm not sure what your test driving policy is, but I was offended and noticed that Roger test drove with my husband and I (we are both persons of colo I'm not sure what your test driving policy is, but I was offended and noticed that Roger test drove with my husband and I (we are both persons of color), but no one else test driving had a staff person ride with them. I've test drove at several other dealerships without an escort. I did not like the pressure tactics to get the car protector products and financing options (warranty), etc. I had to repeat several times that I didn't want it.... I was impressed with Chad in Services that replaced a seat panel in the car that I just purchased. He followed up with calls and fixed the issue ASAP. More

I was really disappointed at this dealership. My worst experience by far. I came in to buy a used crv and was hassled and pressured the entire time to spend 3,000+ dollars to coat my car and windows in pr experience by far. I came in to buy a used crv and was hassled and pressured the entire time to spend 3,000+ dollars to coat my car and windows in protectant and various other add ons. despite me repeatedly telling the dealer that I do not want any of that. I’m a currently graduating from my Masters and am in a lot of debt (while still paying for this car in full) so i don’t have that kind of money and I told him that very respectfully multiple times. When I told him to take all that off the final price and he came back with the new cost he left the paint protector price on for 600ish dollars when I explicitly told him NO! I was so frustrated and he continued to badger me about it. Then he went back and talked to the woman in the finance office and she came out telling me I had to pay at least 487 dollars because they already put the protectant on the car?!?! So why wasn’t that included in the price of the car?!?! My dad intervened at this point and told her that only it says the protectant comes standard on all their used vehicles (it’s all over the website) the woman knew nothing about this and made my dad look it up, she didn’t even offer to search the computer. So my dad pointed it out on the website. And she goes “I guess it depends on how you define standard” like what?!?! Also that’s coat 1/10 total. So why is it 487 when 1/10 of 600 is 60 dollars. We paid the price in the end because the car itself was something I still wanted. I never want to have to see another dealer so at this point after several hours of talking to these two I just wanted to get out and go home. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with sales people. I can confidently say that I will never pay another cent to this dealership and I have already told friends and family about my terrible experience. Which is a shame because we have a lots of friends/family in the twin cities area. Even thinking about this experience gets my blood flowing with disgust. Side comment: Kevin who helped us pay for the car was so friendly and nice. We actually trusted him. More
