My written trade in estimate was $1750 - $2400 I was offered $1200 they could find my trade in paper work. Lowest trade in offers and highest price for vehicle not what you advertise. Don't really know how to review as rattle has not been fixed. Three weeks waiting on part and Counting. Andrew and Shawn seem nice, but I have had this noise pretty much since I bought the truck new in 20 fixed. Three weeks waiting on part and Counting. My truck also now has an intermittent noise coming from under the hood that sounds like a buzzer or something going off. So the quality of the Ridgeline I bought from Honda as a manufacturer is questionable at best compared to my old Ridgeline I had. I feel like Honda as a manufacturer has let me down. More

I paid $59 to have the interior sanitized and cleaned, the windshield looks The people that apply the Auto Butler treatments don't do a very good job. I paid $59 to have the interior sanitized and cleaned, the windshield looks like you are looking through a prism. A dirty cloth must have been used. The floor was not vacuumed and the windshield has over spray on the outside and I can't get it off so I'm looking through a bunch of spots. I plan on calling the service department and have them follow through cleaning what the Auto Butler people didn't do properly More
