The salesman Adam worked very hard for our business. He showed us several cars that were in our buget, but they weren't right for us. He keep coming back to us with a lower monthly payment until we said yes, but what we didn't understand was they included 4 packages into the monthly price - rustproofing, auto butler, diamon fusion, and the all service pro pack. We agred to the first three (without being told the price of them), but said we didn't want the pro pack. It was late when we signed all the papers, (and shame on us, we didn't take the time to thorough go thru the paperwork until the next day), low and behold, they included the $995 pro pack, and the other service were $399, $799, and $999. Had we known the prices UP FRONT, we would not have agreed to any of them. We live an hour away, and now have to drive 2 hrs round trip every 6 months to get what we paid for. Plus, the batteries died 4 days after we bought the car, but at least they put a new battery in it for free. We won't buy another car from them, as we felt a little duped. More
