I think this dealership was definitely more expensive than the other honda's in my area. However they were able to really provide value in what you are paying for. They were able to work with me when I w than the other honda's in my area. However they were able to really provide value in what you are paying for. They got my monthly payment to a price I was able to afford, but I didn't know I was still paying for a lot of extra added on services I actually didn't want to include in the price, because I was hoping for a lower payment than I settled on. It's my fault for not really realizing it and being hasty. But I guess if I am paying a good price to have it included I should be happy. I think compared to the other honda dealerships closer to me, my salesman here took me as a serious buyer . Maybe the difference was that Rapids honda actually had stock when I came. Either way they didn't have an issue when I turned in my lease and were very helpful and friendly. The process was very quick when I was not expecting to leave with a new car that day. More
I dealt with Saun in service. I had an issue with noise on a 2012 CRV. Some parts did need to be replaced. The thought was to include a timing chain. Tech found that the serpentine belt was stretched. After repair the car is running great. The took the time to listen to me and found the issue. I came into the dealership to test drive a vehicle, loved it, and was given a purchase price for the vehicle. When I said I could not do the paperwork that day, but would be back the next weekend, I was tol it, and was given a purchase price for the vehicle. When I came back to purchase the vehicle, the sales managers word was not honored, they would not give me the same price. He claimed the money was not there to offer that pricing, but yet new deals were being advertised for summer savings. A great dealership would have managers keep their word. More
