2nd time I brought my car in for a simple oil change with an appointment. Not only did it take longer than an hour, but the plug was stripped in the process and I was charged to fix it. Not happy. On the flip side, they provided me a rental car while they waited for the part to be delivered and installed. So 2 stars for always having a smile on their faces, but think the dealership should have owned up to the stripped plug and taken care of it. I wish they would have taken care of the problem with my engine light that came on after servicing the timing belt. The light disappeared before I got back to the dealership and they said that there is noth engine light that came on after servicing the timing belt. Don't enjoy the "game" of haggling for a price. Why can't we have an online process where the price is just listed like any other retailer?
