Arrived at the appointment time and drove right in. Shawn Richter walked right up and reviewed the scheduled work and escorted me to the waiting area right inside. Shawn returned to get me went over the work and inspection results including brake and tire wear values, handled my credit card payment and directed me to my freshly washed car. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at dealership. Poor communication and played games with me and my family. Over all I knew what price I wanted on a vehicle and they eventual had at dealership. Poor communication and played games with me and my family. Over all I knew what price I wanted on a vehicle and they eventually gave it to me after 5 hours of being in the dealership and threating to leave. The sales person was telling me the lifetime warranty had a $0 deductible and didn't find out until the final paperwork that it was $250 deductible. We had to wait over an hour for the finance person to get to us. Once they were ready our sales person never even told us they were ready. We had to go in the office and ask since we had no idea where our sales person went. I made this clear to our sales person that we would be using the Honda Finance since it was a great rate. This was told to him several times. Once we sat down with the finance person for the paperwork they ask for our payment as if we were paying cash. We then had to tell her we were not paying cash and we would be financing which now required more paperwork which was not ready for us to fill out (more time). Also one of the options that I was told that was already on my vehicle was window tint (UV protection). About a day later I received a phone call saying that I need to schedule an appointment to get the window tint done on my new vehicle. I explained that I was told it was already done. They had to look into and called back saying it was completed already. I believe the communication at this deanship is lacking and need to be more knowledgeable. Over all I love my vehicle but wish I would have taken my business to a different Honda dealership. We have owned our vehicle for a little less then a month now and when I went to fill out the Honda survey it said it was expired. NO HAPPY ABOUT THAT. I will be taking my business else were next time. More
I’m unsure if they put anything on my car because I cannot tell!??
