I was just in for an oil change, and they also rotated the tires. I was surprised seeing my car only had 1800 miles. I had no problem setting up an appointment and got in as soon as I arrived. all in all the tires. I was surprised seeing my car only had 1800 miles. I have been extremely dissatisfied with this dealership! First, I was given a price for the car drive down from Duluth to buy it only to find out that that’s not really the price because auto butler protec First, I was given a price for the car drive down from Duluth to buy it only to find out that that’s not really the price because auto butler protection has been applied and I have to pay 927.00 for it! I wanted the car to be rustproofed, they told me they would call to set up an appt. After two weeks, I called. We set up a date to have it done. I asked for paperwork for rustproofing warranty and I was told they would mail it to me. Why?? Never received anything, so once again I had to call and ask for it!! I was told it will be sent today. I received a blank copy of some “Automotive Body Protection”. It clearly states to be filled out by dealership! There was nothing written on the paper, not even “Rapids Honda”I sent a copy of the blank contract and an email to sales manager. I never heard back. A week later I emailed the dealer manager with cc to sales manager. Still NOTHING!!! Mr. Lacey I do not believe this is a good way to conduct business!! I will make sure I tell everyone to stay clear of Rapids Honda!! They take your money and you will never hear from them again. Wendy Price More
