This was by far the best experience I've had at a car dealership. This is the first place we went to after looking at cars for months that someone came out to help us instead of us having to track someo dealership. He wasn't pushy and he was very easy to talk to. Overall this was the best experience we've had at a dealership and we will definitely recommend to friends and family. More
Price was right in the beginning. At the end we found they "bait and hooked" us by adding $1,000+ with "essential" accessories (paint and windshield protectant) that we could not get out of. We managed to only have these accessories applied one time, but still cost us $1,000+. The option to add or not, would have been better.. We are pretty positive we could have done the same job with RainX for much cheaper. They are a new dealership so they claim they are giving good deals, but they are sure getting some money back. Overall they had good costumer service and were kind people. More
I was a little disappointed in the sales person not listening to what I wanted. I had said that I didn't want extras like Rust Protection, Auto Butler, etc and still they added it in even when my payme listening to what I wanted. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. After test driving a similar vehicle, I was told the one I came for was sold. My salesman Bob was great, very friendly and accommodating. He had me take two different vehicles home for a full 24 hours each which really sealed the deal since I got to put the model through my normal activities-- work, kids' carpools, groceries. Once we got to financing and negotiation, I felt entirely let down. Despite having been at the dealership for three days in a row, no information regarding prices or financing was given to me until the last possible minute. I had done thorough research so I knew my trade in value, interest rates, as well as the vehicle I wanted (which strangely WASN'T sold after all) It turns out that not only was the vehicle mis-advertised (supposedly new, which would qualify for promotional financing-- but now suddenly not, and no promotions were available. So the advertised financing special was false. Then, I was offered 33% less for my trade-in, than a previous dealer-- as well as what KBB said, and I rated it very conservatively (fair condition). Because I was shopping long enough, I know there is a huge shortage of used minivans. The icing on the cake is the price. The advertised price IS NOT THE PRICE. Right off the bat my "financing offer" included approx $4000 in add-ons. I told them to take this off. Like so many other reviewers, the "special protectant" is already applied and must be added to the price. This is a joke. If this "service" was done, then include it in the price-- don't try to slip it in after. I wanted to know the price, and the interest rate. Their ploy (because I heard it from other places in the dealership" is the "what can you afford a month?" I was up front with the numbers I expected and what that equates to for a monthly payment. They came back with a new offer-- the payment I wanted-- by adding TWO YEARS on to the loan. This is deceptive and insulting. I suddenly realized exactly why I had observed another potential customer storm out angrily the day before. In the end, I got the vehicle I wanted-- for $1100 more than advertised, and at a poorer interest rate than the promotion advertised. A last ditch attempt for $$$ was a high pressure sales pitch for their extended warranty. We said "no" no less than a dozen times. It took nearly three hours to complete the sale on day 3, when I already was decided on what I wanted. Everyone we encountered was friendly. But they used the word "transparent" so many times that it's ironic how non-transparent their practices are. I'm hoping their service department is better. We'll see. Would I go back to purchase again? Probably not, because they made it so much work. If I could walk in and buy a vehicle for the price advertised and at the interest rate advertised, absolutely...but this was not my experience. I would not recommend this dealership to friends because I would be nervous that they would not have done their homework, catch the sneaky terms, and hold their ground. This is a new dealership convenient to my home and work. I want them to succeed-- but they need to take a hard look at how they make their sales. More

Came in for a oil change and they put in the wrong weight oil even with it printed on the oil cap. I find it suspicious that when I bought it back to have the right oil put in that there was one lug nut on e oil even with it printed on the oil cap. One fell off that's how I noticed it and brought it to a tire shop to be replaced. It's the tire shop that told me there was one loose nut on each tire. More
