Our salesman Dan was excellent. He stayed 1 1/2 hours past closing to make sure we understood all the bells and whistles. He never acted as though it was a problem. It was a horrible experience. WE made an appointment and they were not ready for us. Also I had been sent an email with the price and the price of course was more because this dealership forces you to add they were not ready for us. Also I had been sent an email with the price and the price of course was more because this dealership forces you to add a window coating and paint coating which totaled roughly $1300. I did not want to add this but was forced to. Also the finance person kept trying to sell us an extended warrenty package that we did not want. I finally said if this is a requirement for purchasing the vehicle lets rip up the contract and I'm walking. Horrible experience. They said they would not sell me the car for the price I was quoted and had documented in an email to me. The person did not state that I would have to add the paint coating and window coating. Also it took 6 hours when we test drove the car about 1 mile as we knew what we wanted and had test drove one before. They kept us waiting so long. Horrible. More
