Rapids Honda had an opening for my time availability and even though I was early they got me in right away. I like that all oil changes and repairs go on my car fax so if I chose to sell, all my info is the even though I was early they got me in right away. Pretty decent. The salesmen are friendly and upbeat and also very helpful. They got me the car I wanted and even delivered it to my door. The car I wanted was still in transit when I was there, and because I drove from 2 hours away, they offered to deliver it when it arrived. The salesman delivered it and then showed me how it all worked. I am a little unhappy about having to pay for the auto butler and diamond fusion. Those should not be a mandatory thing. Give your customers the option to choose them, don't force it upon them. More
