Rapids Honda

While in the market to purchase a CRV, I visited several Honda Dealers around the Twin Cities and was about to purchase a car from one of them. For some reason, I decided to check out Rapids Honda and I was so happy I did. From the minute I spoke with Katie, the General Sales Manager, on the phone, we connected. When I met her in person, she was like an old friend. Her professionalism, her honesty, and caring, made me feel right at home and I knew, I was going to purchase my car from Rapid Honda. After meeting my salesman, Lavell and the Finance Manager Sarina, I knew I had made the right choice. They listened, provided answers to my questions and were very patient. Great staff, wonderful people. I found the staff at Rapids Honda to be very professional, extremely helpful, and made me feel like I matter. My experience was exceptional and if I could, I would go there every day, just to purchase a car. I HIGHLY recommend Rapids Honda. Pricing is great, staff is honest and friendly.
