Not service related. It was nice to see majority of the staff wearing a mask with nose covered. There has been times many staff have their nose out over the masks. Brought van in for recalls and estimate on broken headlight. We were never told recalls were not fixed due to not having materials.found that out on the print out. Fixed auto start but found out the headlight. We were never told recalls were not fixed due to not having materials.found that out on the print out. Quality at rapids was good but last few times customer service has been pathetic to say the least. More
