I had great ease of setting up an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arriving I was greeted by a very polite young man who got the ball rolling and got it done in a timely manner. Previously at another dealership, when having this completed, they did not reset the dash info and I being a senior did not know how to do it and had to go back. I asked him to check to make sure and he did that for me without hesitation and even showed me. How respectful is that! Wonderful employee. His name was “Drew”, I believe. Also I noticed how clean the dealership was, I appreciate that, thank you, I’ll be back. More
Good price on the vehicle i bought but i should have sold my car before buying. ANd they throw in the warranties, etc and focus more on payment than actual price. I had my CRV in for service which included tire rotation. They did not tighten the lug nuts on the front right tire. I made a special trip back to the service dept to have them see what was wrong. They did p They did not tighten the lug nuts on the front right tire. I made a special trip back to the service dept to have them see what was wrong. They did promptly tighten the lug nuts but did not offer any type of coupon on future service or any special incentive. We drove about 70 miles with that tire having loose lug nuts and wonder if that caused any damage to the wheels and or lug nuts. More

My wife brought the van in since I was out of town. She said she was treated like a woman that didn’t know anything. She said the representative that took care of her was very condescending and rude. Our family mechanic for 30 years confirmed her diagnoses and told her to have the dealership replace it under warranty. The representative at Rapids said there’s no way to know if the battery is dead or weak without doing a diagnostic and it could take 4 hours. After two hours no one had come to update her so she went to find her representative and he said they were still working on it but would not tell her if it was the battery. A half hour later he told her it was done, no car wash, gave her the key and said it is parked in the usual place. Didn’t ask if she knew where that was and didn’t tell her what door to use and walked away. I have never been treated like that at your dealership and am appalled that my wife was treated so poorly. More
If it weren't for Toyota not having a car for about 8 months, I would not have had this opportunity to purchase a Honda. My first online quote just happened to line up with a car being delivered, so the months, I would not have had this opportunity to purchase a Honda. My first online quote just happened to line up with a car being delivered, so the stars aligned enough for me to procure a replacement car during these trying times...with a manual transmission. I sold my car independently of Honda, to allow me more money in my pockets, trade in value was not as much as I would have wanted based off the history of that car and maintenance. Sales staff, etc, were indeed friendly people and certainly walked me thru the purchasing of the Honda. And the sales person did help with the misc peripherals I wanted. And the dealership did provide me a couple perks above and beyond what I asked. More

No easy feat when your 69 years old. More
