The dealership made numerous errors and kept blaming them on the bank. The errors were acceptable admin misses (hey everyone is short staffed) even though they caused us to have to return 3 times but the lac on the bank. After spending multiple conversations telling us how lucky we should feel that we had our sales person because he was able to do more than other reps and was so good, it was disappointing he refused to admit it was his fault for not knowing the new bank process and his fault for not catching administrative errors in time. I prefer to deal with people who can step up and admit they did something wrong, not blame everyone else for things they could have and should have done better. Next time I’ll take my business somewhere that can admit failure humbly not lie and point fingers. More

In six telephone calls and about a dozen text exchanges, Rapids Honda negotiated and entered into a deal to sell me a new vehicle at the price indicated in its listing on the dealer website. I thereafter used vacation and committed the rest of my workday to cleaning and prepping my trade vehicle. I then drove 40 miles to the dealer during rush hour. Not until sitting at the sales associate's desk for 30 minutes did he disclose the fact that he had added a $5,000 upward "market adjustment" to the vehicle -- an adjustment that was not included in the car's listing, and something that was cleverly not mentioned throughout our many earlier communications. That's bait and switch, false advertising, and a breach of the implied covenant to negotiate and contract in good faith. Based on many other reviews posted on other review sites, this unethical business practice is commonplace for Rapids Honda. Luckily I took screen shots of the original listing in order to send photos of the vehicle to my wife. More
