It would be 5 stars but we were 11 days past the 1 year of ownership, so we didn't get our 2nd free oil change. Sold me an interior protection plan and when I brought for service the service was subpar and they refused to see the poor work and make it right. They refused to look at pictures and said it was not the for service the service was subpar and they refused to see the poor work and make it right. They refused to look at pictures and said it was not their worry. They charged hundreds of dollars for this service and then failed to follow what I purchased. Horrible company, poor customer service and failed to follow through with what they sold me. They only worried about the money and not customer service. More
