This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, especially considering it was not a planned purchase! I was greeted and helped by Wade as soon as I walked through the door. Up to this point we have been to your service department on many occasions without a problem. We keep our car washed, bring it in for maintenance as needed and tires rotated as should be. The last time we brought in our vehicle for maintenance, we have had issues. We have left messages for both the Service Director and Dealer Manager and neither have returned our calls. We would still like to have our issue resolved. More
Everyone was very nice, however my oil change took 2 hours. I was told my oil change would take an hour. I understand that people were out sick, but I wish that I was told my car would take longer. I also never saw my car up in the shop so after an hour I asked if it was almost done. I was told it would take 20 min which turned into an hour. I am pretty sure my car was forgotten until I asked about it. A customer next to me was offered to have his brakes done also as I was sitting there. I guess I felt like I was not paying for my service and maybe that’s why I got pushed to the back of the line. I also thought if so understaffed why would he not come back for the brakes he did not even seem to know that his brakes were wearing out. Hopefully next time my visit will be better. Thanks More
