Bob Stiehl was our sales person and was incredibly considerate. We came in on a Saturday and were disappointed to learn that we were unable to qualify to buy a car as our trade-in had too much of an o considerate. At no time was Bob inconsiderate, but continued very respectful. We called on our way home when we decided to trade both of our vehicles in favor of one. Our credit was still an issue though, since we had a recent foreclosure and a few other issues, and that is where Chad Dingman stepped in. From Monday morning he worked tirelessly to get us a loan approval, even after hours of work with one lender led to a denial of credit. He finally found a lender that would work with us and on Wednesday afternoon we got a call that we were approved with an interest rate 3% lower than our current interest rate! Better yet, we came into the dealership with our two trades (only one of which they had seen) and they kept every promise to us in relation to our verbal agreements on trade values and actually gave us a little more value in our trades since we were unable to come up with the cash the lender wanted up front. Every aspect of the sale was explained thoroughly and professionally, even my stupid questions. And this is the first car deal we have had that hasn't made us feel we got taken advantage of in some way. We definitely send our friends to Bob and Chad! More
