A lot of the work for me was done while I was at work over a two day period. All I really had to do to get the process started was to submit my online finance application. This is what really opened the door and allowed John to get me a really great deal for the car that I got. For the price, it should have had a lot more miles on it than it did. Maintenance on it is up to date as far as I can tell, and there are very few flaws with the car. The one that I worry about the most is there is a chip in the windshield but that is easily fixed with a trip to Safe-lite. I did very little waiting around while paper work was rustled up for me to get on the road and they even worked a great deal for me to get the car that night. Paid for my first month of insurance and even got 3.85% APR on my financing. It doesn't get much better than that. Everyone that I talked with was extremely helpful and able to direct me to where I needed to go. That is what giving 110% is all about. More

I did most of my questioning and my application online. Jerry Maguire was the one who replied to my email. He spent alot of time emailing me back with answers to my questions. I think we emailed back and forth for about 2 weeks. He always checked in with me to see what I was thinking. I never felt pressured by him. I went to Rapid Chevrolet on March 3rd and finally met Jerry face to face. He is a very friendly person. He explained several things about the vehilce before we took it for a test drive, and during the ride. While finishing up paperwork and waiting for Chad to finish with another customer we waited in Jerrys' office, he was in and frequently checking on us. On Monday, I locked my keys in the Tahoe, and called Jerry for help. He immediately got busy figuring out what would be the best way to go. I got the Tahoe unlocked and later in the afternoon he called me again to check and see if I had gotten it unlocked. I think the customer service at Rapid Chevrolet is great and I would recommend them to anyone. More
