Whole new outlook on buying a vehicle! Previously I purchased my first vehicle from Patsy Lou; they really sold me a lemon. Had a 2001 PT cruiser that had 23% interest and cost me $7000.00 Previously I purchased my first vehicle from Patsy Lou; they really sold me a lemon. Had a 2001 PT cruiser that had 23% interest and cost me $7000.00 in repairs the first year and a half I owned it and no one seemed to be able to help me get out of it. I came in was greeted immediately, talked about what I was looking for and the situation I was in (they even offered a tour of the place.) Rick gave me the best deal he could find, applied incentives and reminded me about using the GM discount from some of my family members and put me in a car I absolutely love went through every aspect of the car with me, kept in touch over the weekend as I went over the insurance (even got me an estimate on insurance prior to that) and made it extremely convenient to come in and get everything done in about a half hour or so. To add to that both he and Kim went over the smart lease, gap coverage (so glad you guys offer that) and mileage options that made me feel so much more secure after the anxiety and helplessness I had in the last car. Jean finished up signing with both my father, the co-signer, and I in which time she went over all the paperwork and made it really easy to understand in just a few minutes; no one just handed me a pen and said sign this like the other place. At no point in time did I feel like I didn't want or had second thoughts about buying from this sales team, I felt extremely satisfied with their attentiveness, attention to detail and customer service. My dad has bought three or four cars from Rick and after buying this one I wouldn't want to go to anyone else. More

Great Internet/Personal Experience --- Certified New I found my Chevy Equinox on-line at Randy Wise Chevrolet. My vehicle was on-sale and the price was excellent. Similar vehicles with the same options w I found my Chevy Equinox on-line at Randy Wise Chevrolet. My vehicle was on-sale and the price was excellent. Similar vehicles with the same options were several thousand dollars higher at other dealerships with the same options and trim package with similar miles. My sales rep was Tim Johnson. He took great care of me. When I called -- the vehicle was at another Randy Wise location -- and he volunteered to go get it for me so I could test drive it. He was extremely helpful, very professional. I would recommend working with him to anyone. Regarding the sales/delivery -- that was also great. No pressure, and everything was up-front and in writing. I also want to point out that I was given a fair price for my trade based on my own research. When I asked to get a trailer hitch installed, that was taken care quickly. Regarding the price on the hitch it was a little less expensive than I expected based on my own research, and was also of better quality than I had expected. Overall -- my experience working with Tim was great. My experience working with Randy Wise Chevrolet was great. I have not had an opportunity to have any service work done yet -- but given the free oil changes I was given with my vehicle/purchase-- that is just a matter of time. More
