My vehicle was towed to Randy Wise for collision repair on 5/4/12. After the estimate was prepared and accepted by my insurance company, I was provided with an estimated completion date of 5/24/12. This completion date would have held true except that after the collision repairs had been made, an airbag deployment test failed, and the vehicle had to be sent to a Dodge dealership to resolve this issue. Ultimately, I picked up my vehicle on 5/31/12, and I was/am completely satisfied with the body work that was done. (By the way, during the entire time frame--5/4 to 5/31--I was provided a loaner vehicle by Randy Wise.) After doing some highway traveling on 5/31 and 6/1, I noticed a noise, so I immediately brought my vehicle back to Rany Wise, and it was diagnosed that I had a defective wheel bearing. Randy Wise ordered the necessary part and replaced it at a mutually agreed upon time (on 6/6/12). My thanks goes out to Kenny Paulson for all of his assistance during this process! More
