WOW! Talk about fast friendly service!!! Kenny Paulson was called out to the service area to give me an estimate on having my vehicle exterior detailed due to an insurance claim against an asphalt company was called out to the service area to give me an estimate on having my vehicle exterior detailed due to an insurance claim against an asphalt company that didn't do their job properly and left alot of cars covered with grit just coating them. Well, he came out looked it over, wrote an estimate in record time and all the while was friendly, and TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. His follow through has to be heralded in todays world of wait, wait, wait....he was there so fast and so nice. What a tremendous assest he is to Rand Wise Buick/GMC, and what a terrific personality. I had just started walking around when Bob Simerau approached to see if he could help in any way. Normally I would have said I was just looking and would get his name and get back with him if I had questions. However, Bob's approach was friendly/respectful and I did not feel as if he would pressure me to make a purchase. We spoke for a while and I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the Regal I ended up purchasing. Bob did everything in his power to enable me to get the Regal at the price/payment that I was comfortable with. He explained the different aspects of operating the car safely as all, of course, is new to me Steve Cohen,Finance Manager, was very patient in explaining every detail throughly to my understanding/satisfaction. I bought the extra warranties, even though I normally do not, after Steve explained the value of having the coverage which made sense to me. Steve made me feel very relaxed in what, to me, was a very serious transaction going thousands of dollars in debt. Both Bob and Steve were a pleaure to work with and I am completely satisfied with their efforts to make the process as painless as they possibly could. More
