The work was completed in 24 hr.s and the workmanship was excellent. After I picked up the vehicle and returned to my office I realized I had left my garage door opener in the car. I called the dealership and in less than 30 minutes they had it delivered to my office. Lisa, Angela and all the people @ Randy Wise Buick do a wonderful job. My car was broken into on a Friday night in Detroit. The driver's side window was broken and a hole punched in the driver's door, there was glass covering the interior. The glass pieces were in both front and back seats and floor and in seemingly every tiny space. I dropped my car unannounced at the dealership before they opened and called Angela Hetcel when they opened to explain what happened. She assured me that she'd handle it and return my car to original condition. She arranged a rental for me, which was very nice, and kept me updated via email which worked out very well for me. My car was returned to me 11 days later in perfect condition. The insurance company was delayed in approval which caused a slight repair delay, really no big deal considering the outstanding service received. Very happy with the experience, I've found my new dealership. Thanks Angela and Randy Wise. More
