I called asked ,I am here to buy new car please help me everyone in lounge laughed. Glen the manager came out with apologies and found Derek . after 9 hours I left with my new car but Derek bragged up the road side service and towing and I mentioned good I could take coverage off insurance policy after 350 miles I find out no, it only covered towing to an authorized dealership no where else. I asked if any restaurants closely to walk to and Derek says no, realize I started contract at 9 am after 6 pm I am still there starved seems a car would be available to get food. At 10 am they had my keys to my vehicle. Also now for test drives they have $40 gift card. Since I bought the car I think I should receive it Derek forget so the next day I called and asked and explained I didn't use email much so he did send me a 50.00 card but again I had to take time to get back to him which is like 4 calls. I get warning light I am out of fuel at 350 miles I hoped service would not be this soon. I call Glen the general manager I believe and talk about the whole poor experience and he send me $200.00 also in gift cards.Then I call him back after finding out i need to have car servicede and I was not happy with the whole experience he said he is done with me and don't call him again and said to call randywise chevrolet to make appointment with randy wise. On Friday I did and the lady's father had a heart attack and I left message. Today I contacted her and she cares less of my side. Told me her father died and not to yell which I want. All I asked for was a phone call with randy wise. She hung up on me. So I lost both parents 26 days apart in 1995. I am a disabled vet but she shouldn't be back at work if it is to soon ,don't take it out on me this is her job. So bottom line they cover each others ... If you don't like what they did its your problem not theirs now I have a lifetime of service with a dealer I have had a very poor experience with. And also she said i will never speak to Randy Wise. Sorry mister high and almighty to have tried to use 10 minutes of your valuable time there was more problems with this sale like the added policy's covering if car is total loss in accident Hyundai pays off the car NO i find out what little my insurance will not cover the company will .Please don't brag up items if they are just half truths I thought that type of 1970 car sales was gone for good but its doing fine here.$200.00 extra dollars is a lit of money but I expect to remember buying a new car as fun and a happy time not being disgusted and more less ignored now. More

Over the years I have dealt with many salesmen who didn't care what I wanted, what I needed or who didn't care about my budget. Walking into Randy Wise and dealing with Jim Johnson was an entirely different experience! He wanted to make sure I had a reliable vehicle, one that I could afford, and one that would be a perfect fit for me. Jim spent quality time with me and didn't waste anytime finding me my new vehicle. It took less than a day to find the car and sign the papers. I couldn't be happier with my experience and have already started telling my friends to stop and see Jim if they need a vehicle. Rest assured that when you walk in to Randy Wise, Jim will make sure you drive away in the vehicle that is the best fit for you! Thanks, Jim for all of your help!! More

I am relieved to say that due to the efforts here at Randy Wise, I am now in a brand new RELIABLE vehicle. I have never in my life experienced a pleasant car buying until now. After Jim Johnson helped my sister get into a new vehicle and she raved about how awesome he was, I figured I'd give him a try. I'm very thankful for him and the Randy Wise team for finding a car that suited my needs perfectly, and doing it with such ease. I'm a customer for life. More

Jim went above and beyond to get a car that was exactly what I needed with enough rebates to cover the amount I was losing on my old car. Even after the papers were signed it was noticed that the car had a few scratches that we had not seen previously. Jim made sure within the week it was back into service to get it taken care of. I have always been loyal to a different dealership when buying new cars, but Jim has officially won a new costumer who will continue to use his services for all future purchases! More
