Hi Angela, I wanted to address the feeling you have about our intentions with you and your lease return. If your tires are below a certain spec and has to be replaced by the manufacturer or a windshield that needs repaired, these are charge backs that will be billed to you when your vehicle is returned. We do not keep lease return vehicles for our inventory. They are returned to the manufacturer where there will be another inspection done by their lease return department. Your choice to purchase elsewhere is your right although we hate to lose a loyal customer. There are no hard feelings here with your decision.
