We were shopping around for a more fuel efficient vehicle than our 09 Equinox. We had tried the Ford Dealer and our daughter who had bought a used vehicle from Randy Wise suggested we stop there and check o than our 09 Equinox. We were impressed with the gas mileage of the ones we saw on the lot when Joe Riley came out to offer us a look into various vehicles. I will also say it was the evening just before the five inches of rain we got that flooded most of the county. He didn't hurry us along and made the decision to buy easy and painless. He went out of his way to explain all the uses of all the gadgets on our new Tucson. Over all the Tuscon we purchased was less than the prices of other vehicles we looked at but better quality. We did have a small problem when we checked out the Tuscon with the key in the ignition that one of the wipers streaked badly and it was fast and efficiently fixed. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful all of the people we talked to and Randy Wise were during our purchase of the 2012 Tucson. Thank you all and we'll definitely be going there for all our oil changes and auto servicing! More

From Joe's first phone call to me after i had applied from a website looking for my genesis coupe. Joe was and has been very friendly courtesy and professional in helping me track down and getting me my from a website looking for my genesis coupe. I had actually came in 3 weeks prior to get the ball rolling and through the whole process between Joe and Brad getting involved to get my car up here from another dealer out of state was a very great experiance. When it was time to pick up my car the other dealership messed up and had not delievered my car to Randy Wise Hyundai. But between Joe and Brad stepped up and we made the deal and i was given Joe's new lincoln to drive until my car showed up so i would not be stranded without a car. I can not recommend highly enough how great everyone has been and will tell everyone my experiance i had. Im sure i will be back to buy my next hyundai or who knows maybe a lincoln next time..lol More
Everything was good in all areas except was the Siruis radio was not on. I had to call Sirius on the way home. I ask the salesperson to have this done. He even followed up the though on this. Randy Wise and GM team up to make me a satisfied customer: I was set on purchasing a used Saab. I wanted a specific year and specific transmission among some other things. My search led me from customer: I was set on purchasing a used Saab. I wanted a specific year and specific transmission among some other things. My search led me from my hometown of Westlake, Ohio to Randy Wise in Michigan. I called a week prior to inquire about the car; right off the guys at Randy Wise were good communicators. Emails responded to and Joe was always reachable by phone. The two gentleman, Joe and Joseph both made sure I had all of my questions answered and I was completely comfortable and ready before i made the trip to Michigan. I was greeted in Michigan to fun, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable staff. I was out the door with my new-used car in less than an hour with directions for lunch. The drive home was great - all that was expected. the Saab drove beautiful as the one I had driven in Ohio the week before to get a feel for it...it was all I was looking for. The next day while running some errands the clutch cable gave out - an issue neither myself or Randy Wise could have diagnosed previously. My frustration gave through to relief the next day when the guys did all that was necessary to make everything right. I was sent to the nearest GM dealership, which was great considering the 3,000 / 3-month warranty states it must be repaired at the dealership (of purchase...I believe) Either way GM took great care of me in lieu of Randy Wise - they hadn't even spoken to Randy Wise yet and they gave me a loaner vehicle free of charge until the part came in and the Saab was repaired. It is now a week later and it's driving as well as it did on the way home from Michigan. Here's to years of trouble-free use ahead! Thanks to both Joe's and thanks to Randy Wise and GM More
