They didn't have an exact match of what I wanted, so they found the perfect vehicle and brought it to me on the lot to check it out. They were very helpful. I've gone to this dealership before for service on my old car and will never take my cars anywhere else. The mechanics seem to figure out the problem on my cars very quickly so I can be in and out at a reasonable pace. They have excellent prices and are willing to work with me, whether I cant afford something or have no transportation in the meantime. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Randy Wise Auto Mall. The high level of customer service demonstrated from both the sales and service staff was the primary reason why I considered Randy W Wise Auto Mall. A loaner car was promptly provided when I recently had service done on my older vehicle which I ended up trading in for a new Hyundia Tucson. After the purchase of my new vehicle, I was again given a loaner car to use while my vehicle was fitted with accessories. The service staff was prompt and courteous in assuring my every needs were met. Unfortunately, I had to return to the dealership to provide the title for my trade in which should have been communicated to me during the sales transaction. Although this was just a minor error, I felt that it should be noted in this service review to help streamline the sales process in the future. The friendliness of all the Randy Wise staff was second to none and my overall experience was excellent and as a result, I will continue to consider Randy Wise for my next car purchase. Finally, I settled on what I considered was a fair price for my new car purchase. My trade-in value given was slightly higher than the KBB excellent rating while Brandon worked closely with me to help me get a fair price for my new vehicle. Excellent Job! More

I took my Hyundai sonata in for a loud clunking noise in the front of the car. I was greeted by Andrew and I told him what was going on.
