I contacted JJ Jones via text message in the morning and received a return text right away. He still had the car I had seen advertised on the internet, had got it cleaned up and filled with gas for me to c received a return text right away. This was by far the easiest transaction I have ever experienced while purchasing a car. I was at the dealership for a very short time, but I was given a tour of the facility (very nice and clean!) while the purchasing papers were printed, shown the service area and met with their staff as well. There was no uneccesary time spent wasting my evening. Since I was not trading in a car, JJ offered to have someone drive my sons vehicle home for me so I could take delivery of the new one immediately. Instead, I asked to have them bring it to me at work the next day (45 minutes away) and that was NO PROBLEM!! These guys are great! I would highly recommend them to anyone. This is our fourth car leased from Randy Wise Genesee with the famous J J Jones as our salesman. We would follow J J Jones to California if that is where he was selling cars. My whole family comes to J J, he has earned our trust and respect. My husband and I recently lost our 21 year old son. J J was so sweet and respectful of our loss. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford to spend (over the phone), he did the rest. I didn't have to trudge through car lots or wait around for anything including financing. When I arrived J J was waiting with a smile and a warm hug. He then took us in and surprised us with the exact car of our dreams, complete with 4 purple balloons (my favorite color and number)! He had called my daughter in advance for that information. He sat with us and went over every detail, made sure we understood and even tested us by calling me while sitting in the car. I am proud to say I was able to answer his call! :) He asked me over and over if I was happy and encouraged us to call at any time if we had questions. He does this every time I lease a car but this is the first time he gave my A DOZEN RED ROSES! He knew we were in pain and just wanted to put a smile on my face. Who does things like that today?
