I had service at the Quick/Express in Mooresville location. Every time I schedule an appointment and make sure I show up on time, my car isn't even taken in for service until 45-55 minutes later. location. Apparently my time is not important to you. Also, a comment on my bill asks Cadillac Customers: "Is your vehicle cleaner than when you brought it in?" I do not have a Cadillac so I guess again, my business is not as important to you as other customers. More

When we saw the vehicle it had 5K miles wrote on the window..I ask several times why the mileage was so low at 5K and never got an answer. I bought the Jeep and as I was driving home I noticed that the window..I ask several times why the mileage was so low at 5K and never got an answer. I bought the Jeep and as I was driving home I noticed that the milage on the odometer was actually 10,000. I have not called the company but do feel like something should be done to compensate for that mileage difference. I even have pictures that I took the day before and that day showing what was on the windshield. We also had to add air to the all four tires when we got home as they were about 10 pounds low in each one. More
