Dealer does not honor their word! I asked for and received, in writing, pricing for the car that I wanted to purchase. After test driving and deciding to purchase the car, the dealer I asked for and received, in writing, pricing for the car that I wanted to purchase. After test driving and deciding to purchase the car, the dealer did not want to honor the pricing that they had given me in writing. They did the dealer "thing" shuffling paper and figures around and tried to explain to me why they could not get to the pricing that I was offered. Instead of bring out the internet sales manager to help with the process, the dance continued! After over an hour, I was finally able to get them to agree to the original pricing that they offered me in writing, days before. Of course, when I went to sign the contract in the finance manager's office, the pricing had "mysteriously" changed to the pricing that they wanted me to pay when I first walked into the dealership. Anybody that is not math "savvy" would of definitely been taken advantage of! Staff was pleasant and friendly, but that certainly does not outweigh the sales tactics used, that in my opinion, were deceptive! More
