Excellent Service My husband and I purchased a Kia Optima in November. The winter was a cold one temps in single digits. My battery died 3 weeks after purchasing our Optima. I returned to Gerry Wood Kia and spoke with the store manager. He checked my battery and agreed the battery was no good. He replaced my battery at no charge and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. He also took the time to install my permanent tag that had arrived. Gerry Wood Kia cares about their customers and they go above and beyond to be sure you receive excellent customer service. More
