Let me know how long the wait would be and thoroughly went through the inspection sheet of my car at when I was picking it back up. Facilities were nice and neat, , offered free popcorn and snacks, and everyone was friendly. Will be bring my car back in the future. More

We live over an hour away, so I can't just come on our lunch hour. I had my previous van serviced and they asked me to trade in my van for a newer model..so I came in on a cold and rainy January day. I wanted to see a particular van in their inventory, a 2017 kia with a sun roof. and I asked for a female sales person I had talked to earlier. when we got there, Victoria told me that sales person was not available, and put us with another agent, a man. then they showed us a kia nd it wasn't until 4 hours had passed and they had run my credit with 14 banks, that we discovered this was a 2016, no sun roof. I wanted to leave, but my sister convinced me to buy it. then when we got to the paperwork, they told me that there were $500.00 in fluids that needed to be replaced,, and they would not do it.. who doesn't top off fluids when they sell a car?!!Then there was only one key, but they told me it would not cost ME much to get another one.. I found out today it's $350.00! then there was a chip in the windshield, they did put epoxy in, but did not replace it. I have complained since customer service called me the week after I bought it, but now the sales manager says it's the first he has heard it.. really? and that he will do NOTHING, BUT if I come in for a new car, he will give me a good trade in..so they can lower my credit score 36 points again, lie to me, up my car payment? NO WAY! I was not treated this way before, but when my sister came in last year, she saw a car on the lot she wanted, and told them we were coming back to buy it that night.. but that afternoon, they sold it.. to a dealership!! NOT good! so customer service has totally left this place. only the service department is worth a darn. More

Chris Gurley was fair, honest and transparent in telling me what the damages to my car were. He showed me the damage (very visible, but I wouldn't have seen it) and gave me a prognosis without selling me a pie in the sky. He kept me aware of the potential issue and never came off as manipulative or dishonest. I appreciate his courtesy, use of laymans' terms and offering the best course of care for my vehicle. I dread going to any dealership, but I certainly don't dread Gerry Wood Kia's Service Department. Thank you, even if the news was not good. More

Argumentative and Obstinate Some of the guys here are pretty good but some not so much. In general I get a negative vibe from this place. When discussing the possibility of a f Some of the guys here are pretty good but some not so much. In general I get a negative vibe from this place. When discussing the possibility of a fixed recall issue recurring there was no listening to the details...just hopped in the car, moved the steering wheel back and forth and said "NOPE THAT"S NOT IT" when I had a compelling case to the contrary and then just ran off to his desk. Here's the compelling case: Kia recalled some vehicles for a bad flexible steering joint. Not long before the recall got announced my steering was starting to feel "sticky" after being on the road a while. After the recall repair got done, this stickiness went completely away. Now it's starting again. They say nope can't be that with no more questions or concerns whatsoever for the problem. This group also tried to charge me a "diagnostic fee" a while ago for a covered defect. What's the sense in paying for extra coverage like I did just to have to pay again when it comes time to work on it. Whether this is a dealer issue or Kia issue neither is good. With this issue they also just hung me out to dry instead of trying to figure something out on it. Oh and by the way...the stickiness started while under warranty...now it's back and out of warranty...how convenient! More
