He assisted us to what was on the lot of our picks. He explained everything and even found a way for us to bring the Kia home that same day while waiting on the insurance to forward a check. Thank you Martin as you made our day a very happy and pleasant day. Everyone one we came into contact with during our purchase is awesome! After the purchase Martin walked us through everything on our new Kia and made sure we had all our questions answered. We could not have asked for better service cause we sure had it ☺ More

They keep me abreast of what maintenance is due, what can wait and even explain why certain things need to be done. When I first bought my car, I had second thoughts about the purchase of the extended warranty and returned to the store. The gentleman that handled the financial part of the transaction sat down and listened to my concerns and acknowledged it was a lot of money. Then he explained why it was a good investment and told me even he and the mechanics at Gerry Wood buy the warranty because of the cost of computer replacement. Any other place would have said "Too bad, you're stuck." So, yes, I feel I'm part of the Kia Family because Gerry Wood Kia treats me like family. More

Gerry Wood Kia has very friendly and non high pressure atmosphere. The salesman Martin welcomed us and offered us water and coffee several times while we were there.
