Sorry to hear about your bad experience and that it was of inconvenience to you. Certain managers do have certain relationships with certain lenders to be able to help customers in a certain way. We do apologize that Josh was out of the office as well. If you look through our many reviews, it's very rare that we receive a bad review for we always strive for the highest level of customer service and to make everyone happy. We will use this as training to make sure that when people are off to be on the same page. With emergencies, sometimes it's hard. However we will utilize this unfortunate experience to work better so if don't happen again. Yes, you are right, there is nothing wrong telling someone that at the moment we can't help out before they have a wasted trip. Again, our apologies and will use this as an opportunity to get better.
